Outsourcing Malaysia (OM), an initiative of the outsourcing industry and a chapter of PIKOM – the country’s national ICT industry association, is envisioned to promote and develop Malaysia’s outsourcing services industry as a global hub for high-value outsourcing.

Supported by its founding partner – the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) – and spearheaded by a group of prominent industry leaders from the global services industry, OM focuses on enabling both buyers and providers to work together on addressing service needs within the aegis of global best practices and competencies.

Cheah Kok Hoong

OM Chairman

Mr. Cheah Kok Hoong has more than 20 years’ experience and expertise, spanning across business strategy, process engineering, industry development & services globalization, policy development, IT strategic planning, regional operations as well as support across both manufacturing and services sectors. 

He actively involved in the country's IT industry developments - by propagating the advancement of the overall IT capabilities and resources within the said markets. 

As the Chairman of Outsourcing Malaysia, Cheah leads and manages a variety of initiatives aimed at growing and nurturing the growth of the Shared Services & Outsourcing industry in Malaysia. 

He is also a member of the Cyber Security Industry Local Advisory Panel (CSI LAP) under Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) Malaysia and also a former member of the Siemens PLM Asia Pacific Partner Advisory Council (apPAC).

 In 2010, he was conferred the PIKOM’s CIO Excellence Award for his outstanding leadership and instrumental in the adoption of ICT in the Sunway Group. Cheah holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Physics from Campbell University, USA. He is an Immediate Past Chairman of PIKOM and currently served as the Chairman of Outsourcing Malaysia.

David Wong Nan Fay

OM Chairman Emeritus

David Wong Nan Fay is a business graduate (Honours) from the Dalhousie University, Canada. He has more than 22 years of track record and experience in the Information Technology and Logistic Industry. David’s dedication to the Association for over a decade and his farsighted vision on the Industry led him to be honorary elected as PIKOM Chairman in August 2007. PIKOM is the National ICT Association of Malaysia representing more than 80% of the total revenue of the ICT industry in Malaysia. David is also the Co-founder and Chairman of Outsourcing Malaysia (OM), an initiation of PIKOM and a consortium representative of the outsourcing industry. In 2000, he founded and embarked on his new start up, SNT Global Sdn Bhd, where he currently resides as the Group Chief Executive Officer. SNT Global Sdn Bhd is Asia’s Leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Provider with offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and China. The company has since grown from 3 to 300 employees presently.Under his guidance, SNT has won several major industry awards, and is widely regarded as a pioneer in the field of BPO in Asia. It was also recognized as a leading technology company in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific Program for 2004 and 2005. In 2007, SNT was recognised by Global Services Awards as one of the top 100 most innovative outsourcing companies in the world as well as top 10 to watch in Asia. He is currently a council member of the National Information Technology Council (NITC) chaired by the Prime Minister of Malaysia. He also sits on various boards and committees in both private and government sectors.

Anthony Raja Devadoss, SHRM-SCP, HRMP

OM Deputy Chair (Outsourcing)

Anthony Raja Devadoss is Vice President, Asia Pacific for Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group (‘KellyOCG’) & Managing Director of BTI Consultants a specialist consulting practice in KellyOCG . In this role, Devadoss is responsible for KellyOCG’s entire Consulting business operations in Asia Pacific, leading the growth of the company’s main business practices which include the Executive Search, HR Consulting, Career Transition & Outsourcing business across the ASEAN region. 

He also supports the company by providing thought leadership, brand building and developing strategic ownership and industry connection for KellyOCG – with the aim to infuse organisations with proven human resources (HR) consulting and outsourcing solutions, in order for them to stay competitive.  The other professional positions that Devadoss carries include being the current Deputy Chairman of Outsourcing Malaysia (a chapter under The National ICT Association of Malaysia, PIKOM), and the Co-Chairman of the HR Committee of American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM). 

Devadoss is actively involved in the country's HR industry development and holds holds memberships in various local and international associations including the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Human Capital Institute & Association of Career Professionals International. Apart from these, he is also a part of the HR Capacity Building’s taskforce that is supported by the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. 

Devadoss has been with the Kelly Services Group since 2001 and brings with him a wealth of specialized experiences in the HR sector spanning across outsourcing and consulting, learning and development, career transition, executive coaching, and recruitment. Prior to KellyOCG, Devadoss was based in India as well as in Malaysia serving in a technical advisory role to the Chief Executive Officer - from network services, engineering to e-business solutions. 

Academically, Devadoss holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from MUM, US majoring in Marketing and Management Information Systems. He is also a certified SHRM – SCP, Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional and Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP™) from HRCI, Certified Facilitator for Manager as Coach Learning Series™, and Certified Career Transition Consultant & Certified Life Options Retirement Coach.

Pattabhiraman Muthukumaraswamy

OM Deputy Chair (Shared Services)

Pattabhiraman has over 24 years of diversified experience in operations, processing and strategic management in global banks and in the management of large Shared Service engagements across Asia. He is currently the Executive Director of UOB Centre of Excellence (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UOB Bank. In this role, he is responsible to drive business transformation to the next level while focusing on process reengineering, operational efficiency to ensure costs are effectively managed whilst ensuring customer delight. His experience spans effective global delivery management, competence growth and process initiatives, proactively nurturing key alliances and leveraging business partnerships, while focusing on developing the right talent across Asia.

Pattabhiraman is also very active in developing and contributing to the growth of the Shared Service industry in Malaysia, enabling the industry to transform itself into a knowledge economy through development of competencies and transforming the industry players to drive global best practices, remaining relevant and competitive.

Prior to joining UOB, Pattabhiraman worked with HSBC and held strategic roles spanning his career with them to deliver global best in class service and an effective off-shoring model. He has worked in India, Sri Lanka, Brunei & UK, holding Senior Management positions with HSBC Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. This vast exposure enables him to manage and provide solutions in global and diverse situations, with an expertise focusing on world-class performance, especially in that of the Shared Services outsourcing industry.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management and has attended key leadership programs held by Duke Corporate Education (UK) and Process Design for Six Sigma by BMG.

Dato' Lim Han Boon

OM Treasurer

Dato’ Lim Han Boon, a chartered accountant by profession is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Envo BPO Services Sdn Bhd, an outsourcing company which he founded in 2009. 

Prior to venturing into his own business, he was the Group Chief Executive Officer of Kannaltec Berhad, a maritime/shared services outsourcing company.

Before joining Kannaltec Berhad in 2005, he was the General Manager (Corporate Services) of Northport (Malaysia) Bhd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of NCB Holdings Bhd, a public company listed in the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. At that point in time, he was also the Group Financial Controller/Company Secretary of NCB Holdings Bhd. 

He spent more than 20 years in the port/maritime industry.

He is presently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), United Kingdom, and a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), United Kingdom. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Australia, Australia and has also attended the Harvard Business School Senior Management Development Program (SMDP).

He was a Committee member of Outsourcing Malaysia (OM), a chapter of Persatuan Industri  Komputer dan Multimedia Malaysia (PIKOM) since 2008 and has been elected to the position of Treasurer for the term of 2016/2017.

He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Top Glove Corporation Berhad, the world’s largest rubber glove manufacturer listed in the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. He also sits as a member in Top Glove’s Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee.

He was conferred the title of Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (D.I.M.P) by the Sultan of Pahang in February 2015 which carries the title of Dato’. 

Alex Hee Kam Fatt

OM Committee

Alex Hee has more than 20 years’ of experience in the field of document management solutions and services. After graduating with an Honours degree in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia, he began his technical career with Hong Hong Documents Sdn Bhd, an industry pioneer in outsource data printing and mailing services. He rose to the rank of Manager in charge of electronic publishing using SGML standard before leaving for International Business Solutions, an IBM business partner, heading its Technical Division in charge of production laser printers, providing end-to-end solutions to banks / telcos / print bureaus in running their transactional bill printing using ISIS Papyrus software, IBM continuous & cut-sheet laser printers and IPDS standards, and OMR enveloping machines such as Pitney Bowes, Kern, Bowe and Buhrs. 

He was later recruited by its principal, ISIS Papyrus Asia Pacific, as a Regional Consultant servicing its South-East Asian operations. Finally, after a short stint in Fuji Xerox Singapore, he founded DOCUMATION SDN BHD in the year 2001. 

Today, DOCUMATION is one of the industry leaders in providing outsource data printing and mailing services to Insurance, Stock Broking and Oil & Gas MNCs. It has over the years, grown and evolved its solutions and services to include multi-channel inbound and outbound documents – specializing in paper and electronic documents.

Divya Dutta

OM Committee

Divya Dutta, is the country head for Aegis BPO in Malaysia. He is spearheading the cross shoring business model in Malaysia for all Asian Countries. He has an experience of 19 years in Contact Centre Industry.  Divya is a dynamic, thoughtful and hands-on leader with articulate perspectives and game-changing strategies, he is managing 29 global clients based out of Malaysia, Singapore, USA and Australia. He has an expertise in driving cross cultural relationship. He engaged in working closely with a leading international client, contributing 25% to overall business, now negotiating incremental business to the tune of 200% Divya started his career with GE Capital, followed by EXL Services prior to Aegis. Divya’s journey in Aegis began with Aegis acquiring Global Vantage in 2007-08 where he was heading the operations for 2,000 employees doing collections & recoveries for clients across banking, telecom & auto finance sector spread across US, UK & Australia. Before spearheading Malaysia, he was heading the operations for one of India’s largest telecom giant spread across 10 different locations in India & Sri Lanka with over 7,000 people. Divya’s contribution has also been a milestone in Aegis’ growth story as he turned around profitability from negative EBITDA to positive double digit figures in < 6 months post acquisition by driving productivity improvements and managing efficiencies.

Under Divya’s leadership Aegis has been enhancing customer experience and succeeding in gaining customer confidence with respect to credibility and competence. Aegis has seen growth under his headship, the headcount raised from 800 to 2,000 in short period of 9 months.

Aegis has been continuously witnessing success and achieving revenue targets, profit and business growth within rapidly changing environment. Divya effortlessly contributes his time in interacting with employees. He also, introduced employee engagement initiatives for developing a connect with the employees, thus, achieving ESAT score of > 85% with participation from > 90% resources Aegis’ margins turned around from -15% to +20%, owing to Divya’s effortless leading to business growth as well as cost reduction

Additionally, Divya is One of the 3 members of the Board of Directors for Aegis entity in Malaysia also an EXCOM member of ACE - “Association of Customer Experience” Industry of Malaysia.

Divya is an Honors Graduate from Delhi University & has a 3 years diploma in Computers from GNIIT.

Edmund Eer Yong Kiong

With more than eighteen years of experience in the software outsourcing industry, Edmund is known for his expertise in providing services for legacy systems in the financial sector in Malaysia. 

The company focuses on niche mainframe and other legacy software services to the banking industry. As mainframes and other related legacy systems age and become non-mainstream, many incumbent IT companies exited from this niche market. Edmund instead seized the opportunity to specialize in this market segment as he envisioned that mainframes would still survive for a long time for the banking industry. The business came up with the tagline: “Keeping The Dinosaurs Alive” to promote its unique identity in the IT field.  To date, iTAc is a leading local software outsourcing firm in Malaysia that provides services to both foreign and local banks. He sees great potential for Malaysia to stay focus on various niche services to remain competitive in a globalised economy. 

Jusri Ong

Jusri is a leader who is able to bring together groups of people with different set of talents and make them function as a world class business team.  He has a keen eye for details that enables him to manage an organisation where he is the head of the company.  He is responsible for identifying new markets and developing new service offerings for Telecontinent’s outsourcing business.  He is also the principal consultant where he crafts out innovative outsourcing solutions for the clients.  Throughout his working career, Jusri has been responsible for the deployment of best practice customer management principles.  Very instrumental in leading various taskforces for business process reengineering initiatives.

Jusri is very passionate about his work where he spent the last 11 years learning and perfecting his skills and knowledge in the outsourcing industry.  To this effect, he has received credentials such as a certified COP Master-class graduate, IAOP.  Throughout his career in BPO, he has gain cross industry exposure in domains such as Banking, Telecommunications, Media and High-tech.  He has experience managing both domestic and off-shore contact centres with up to 1,000 seat capacity.

Jusri is a graduate of MMU with a degree in Business Administration (Hons.) Economics with Multimedia and a professional member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

Munirah Looi

Munirah is an MBA graduate from UK. She is a member of International Who’s Who of Professionals and Life Member of International Business Leaders.  She has a total of 25 years working experience.  

Munirah is the Founder/President & CEO of Brandt International and accomplished entrepreneur having built an established consulting and business transformation outsourcing company with offices in KL, Singapore, Jakarta, and Manila. She is an experienced facilitator/business consultant in the areas of BPO, customer experience management, strategic management, business process redesign, sales & marketing and project management. 

In Malaysia, it has a total of 800 employees and still growing. The Company have been growing rapidly over the last 3 years with an average growth rate of more than 60%, while the industry was growth at 12-15%. In view of its outstanding and sustainable business, Brandt International has gained the recognition from MDEC & Pemandu by being announced as an EPP2 initiative. Brandt International was awarded the ‘Top Employer of the Year Award 2014’ 

She is an award recipient at Women of Excellence Award 2014, and early this year she received the World Women Leadership Congress & Awards 2015 

Prior to setting up her own business, she has worked extensively throughout Asia & US. Her international exposure in driving an integrated efforts in the areas of Voice of Customers, Voice of Processes and Voice of Employees, has helped Companies in achieving high customer and employee satisfaction and loyalty index. In the course of these assignments, as a Master 6-Sigma Black Belt, she has successfully led teams of cross-functional experts to drive business transformation efforts. 

Besides being an EXCO member of Outsourcing Malaysia, she is also the elected Vice- President of CCAM (Contact Centre Association of Malaysia) for year 2012-2014 and now the elected Deputy President for 2014-2017. She is instrumental in supporting the President’s strategic objective of enhancing and promoting the Contact Centre industry. She is a valuable and active contributor in enhancing the branding and increase awareness of the profession and the industry; creating value, credibility and capability of industry by facilitating collaboration efforts with major key stakeholders of the Global Services Industry. 

Nicholas Tay

After 5 years at the helm as MD of OPUS IT (M) Sdn Bhd (2008-2013), Nicholas Tay was appointed the Country Sales Director and Director of Pursuit (Pre-Sales) of Technical Services Consulting, HP Malaysia effective from 2013 to 2015. He oversaw the in country Sales and Pursuit (Pre-sales) activities for TSC Malaysia, reporting to the Country MD & Country GM for Tech Services and leading the Pre-Sales Team/professionals (besides the Sales team) for x8 business towers – Data Centre Transformation + Converged DC, Cloud Technology, ITSM, HP Storage Consulting, HP Education Malaysia, Big Data Analytics, Mainframe Alternative & HP Network Services/IPCC Consulting.  

As the Director helming both Business Units in HP TSC, he was actively involved in the development of new businesses, overseeing both financial & legal parameters as well as closely monitoring the service delivery aspects of each project, translating efficient processes into sustainable cost saving & increasing profit without compromising on service delivery commitment & expectations thus attributing to a better & healthier PNL performance. 

In his current role as the OSS GIS in CSC, he is charged with building the Global Infrastructure Services x4 business service lines in ASEAN consisting of CSC Project Management Services, Data Centre & Connectivity Solutions, Next Generation Workplaces Services & Enterprise Service Management. 

Paul Raymond Raj

Raymond Devadass is CEO at Kannal Outsourcing, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He specializes in providing Strategic Management direction, particularly in the field of IT Strategy and Management, to assist organizations in managing their IT/IS investments for strategic outcomes.  

Raymond has guided several technology companies from  ‘start-up’ to becoming leading technology players in the industry.  Amongst his many key achievements, Raymond managed one of the largest IT/IS implementations in Malaysia.  As COO of a leading health-informatics organization in Malaysia, he managed a contract worth USD180million and successfully directed the planning, design, implementation of  an integrated IT/IS system for 25  public healthcare facilities in Malaysia.  He played a pivotal role in formulating the organization's Strategic Business Plan and in directing the provision of consultancy services in the areas of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Change Management and Training & Development.  

Raymond also played key role in realizing the IT Outsourcing agenda of a major state government in Malaysia. He was involved in the creation a virtual community to connect state departments & agencies, statutory bodies, municipals and local authorities - and thereafter managing and operating the network. 

Having originated from a corporate finance background, Raymond has strong working and practical knowledge in finance, accounting and banking. He has extensive experience in managing and directing the working capital of several start-up organizations, and their financial and asset structure; as well as undertaking Investment Appraisals and Feasibility Studies for numerous IT/IS projects.  In addition, he has wide-ranging financial and operational management consulting experience - providing consultancy to MNCs and public companies listed on Bursa Malaysia involved in the banking, insurance and other financial services industries; as well as in the telecommunication, technology, healthcare, transportation, property development, plantation and manufacturing industries. Raymond holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Strategy & Planning and is the author of several articles/research papers.

Phan Yoke Hin

OM Committee

Phan has more than 30 years’ experience in the IT industry. He began his professional career as final test engineer in RCA.  Phan has also given the opportunity to serve in Dataprep providing Mini computers engineering and operating system support services to customers and its junior engineers. Later, he joined Sime Darby Systems and served in various capacity and management positions. In his tenure with Sime Darby Systems he was managing a team of engineers providing nation-wide engineering services and a team of sales staff to constantly exploring new markets to accelerate growth of the company through successfully delivering ICT solutions such as currency verification system, Dealer Board system, X.25 and Frame Relay networking solutions, Silicon Graphic High Computing Computer System, AT & T PABX to many prestige customers such as Bank Negara, Citibank, HSBC, Standard & Chartered Bank, Bank of Commerce & Others. Before joining HDC, he was hired by Datamation to build ICT business in Workflow, Data Capture and Document Imaging and Management solutions.

In HDC, he is chartered to develop and build a business offering high quality of Tier III data centre infrastructure to support business critical applications for both local and international customers. With his experience in formulating the business that is centered in providing data centre infrastructure services on a high reliability, availability and serviceability facilities to meet the demands of today’s most competitive organizations. 

Boonsiri Somchit-Ong

OM Advisor

Boonsiri Somchit-Ong (Boon) is a highly accomplished finance and operations professional with over three decades of experience. She has held senior leadership positions in several multinational companies including, Motorola, Komag and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).

In her 18-year career at AMD she spearheaded the set-up of its very first accounting and financial shared services organization servicing Asia. Under her stewardship, the AMD shared services rapidly expanded to become AMD’s only Global Business Services Company servicing all of AMD’s entities around the world. From a team of only 13, AMD’s Global Business Services currently employs over 300 staff based in Malaysia. Although she is based in Penang, Malaysia, Boon also manages and leads teams in North and South America, EMEA and others countries in Asia. The culture that she has built within her organization, have led the team to have the highest employee engagement scores for three consecutive years, not only within AMD but also when benchmarked with other high performing companies within the industry. 

AMD’s Global Business Services Organization has been recognized as a global industry benchmark and has been featured in shared services articles and academic white papers in Malaysia and in the UK. Boon left AMD and a highly successful career in industry to set up Xtrategize in order to follow her dreams and realize her passion to work with individuals and teams to harness their leadership power within.

She believes that if she could become a global leader in a multi-national company so can you and that you must never forget that life is about paying it forward. As a result of her philosophy, Boon is a regular speaker and panelist at events all over the world on Global Business Services, leadership, women in business, and motivation. She regularly speaks at universities and colleges inspiring students and fresh graduates with her own stories. She has also shared her stories on the Tedx Women stage and has been featured in Her World, Madam Chair and the Star newspaper (which called her a champion for gender equality for her work in developing women leaders in industry).

In 2014, she was given the recognition by her fellow management accounting peers in the industry, when she became the first and only person to have won the prestigious National Award for Management Accounting (NAFMA) under the category of Outstanding Contribution to Business Performance. Boon now sits on the judging panel for NAFMA. 

Boon continues to pay it forward by volunteering as the Industry Advisor to her alma mater, Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, she is also the brand ambassador and the face of CIMA Malaysia. She was also recently appointed as the advisor for Outsourcing Malaysia. On the gender diversity front, Boon sits on the Advisory panel for the Penang Women’s Development Corporation and is the Executive Sponsor for the Penang Skills Development Corporation’s, Women@Work Annual Event.

C.J. Ang

OM Advisor

Ang Chin Joo (C. J. Ang) served 39 years in the ICT industry. It began when he joined Computer Systems Advisers Berhad in 1976. In 1981, Ang joined IBM Malaysia where he served in various sales, marketing, services, management and consulting positions in industries such as banking, telecommunications, airlines, utilities, as well as small and medium enterprises. His consulting stint in IBM in 1992 and 1993 included being the Principal of the IBM Consulting Group for the ASEAN region.

Ang left IBM in 1994 to become the first Country Manager of Compaq Computers Malaysia. After 3 years in Compaq, Ang went into an entrepreneurial phase, culminating in the listing of Datascan Berhad (now know as Cuscapi Berhad) on the MESDAQ (now ACE) Market of Bursa Malaysia in 2004. He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Cuscapi Berhad which has moved on to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia.

In January 2008, Ang was appointed President of PIKOM, the National ICT Association of Malaysia, where he served until May 2010. He is now an Advisor in the PIKOM Council, and Outsourcing Malaysia, a chapter of PIKOM missioned to develop the outsourcing industry.

Roshan Thiran

He was later drafted into GE Capital’s Financial Management Program (FMP), had a number of Finance assignments with various GE Capital businesses, GE International in Shelton CT and also led an integration effort at GE Global Compression Services in Dallas, TX.

Roshan then joined National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) at its Rockefeller Center, New York City hub as News & Sports Analyst responsible for 6 news programs, The Today Show, Dateline, and Sunrise and led the MSNBC cable network start-up efforts.  He was part of numerous media initiatives at NBC Universal helping to explore new growth area.

Roshan then moved to London, UK, to take on a cross-functional pan-European role for GE Capital Europe focusing on acquisition and integration of operations and processes. Roshan returned to the US in 1998 to join GE Corporate Initiatives Group (CIG), GE’s think-tank, and also took on the role as project manager of GE’s global Y2K efforts.

In April 1999, Roshan moved to Malaysia as Executive Director of GE Engines Services Malaysia (GEESM), successfully transforming and turning the business. In 2001, Roshan took on a leadership development role with GE Crotonville as the Learning Leader.

In 2003, Roshan became Director of HR Asia Pacific, overseeing Finance organisations across Asia. In 2007. Roshan moved out of GE and took a role as the Director of Global Talent Management for Johnson & Johnson, driving the global emerging leader programmes, Global Succession Planning and Performance Management projects.

He has won numerous awards in business, HR and leadership development, including a Global HR award and the Malaysia HR Leader Award. Woon Tai Hai

Mr. Woon Tai Hai is currently the Executive Director of BDO Malaysia. He has over 30 years of working experience in Information Technology including deploying IT and Business solutions to both public and private organisations. He was predominantly involved in the advisory services focusing on IT and Management Consulting for the past 15 years before he retired from KPMG partnership in 2013; wherein the last 9 years he was the Partner-in-charge of the Business Performance Services (BPS) practice. He was also the CIO driving the information technology initiatives for the KPMG, a role he held for more than 10 years.

Mr. Woon lives in  Australia for 18 years and commenced his career in the Banking and Finance Services Industry where he worked for two large commercial banks, Commonwealth Bank and Lloyds Bank NZA Australia in Sydney. He returned to Malaysia in 1993 and spent 4 years with a large local Systems Integrator organisation before joining KPMG as a Director and later was admitted into the Partnership.

He has been involved in the National ICT Association of Malaysia (PIKOM) since 2002 holding various office bearers position including the position of PIKOM Chairman for 2011/2013; and currently the Advisor to PIKOM for 2015/2016.

Mr. Woon holds a Master of Business Administration and Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Accounting from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. He is also a graduate of Bachelor of Science, University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia.

The Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO)

The Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) is a grouping of IT industry associations from economies in the Asia and Oceania region.
